When will my tracking link become active?

Your tracking link will only go live on the day of delivery. Until your order is with the courier and out for delivery, tracking information won’t be available.

Why hasn't my tracking become active?

Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier and will refresh as soon as new information is released. If there’s no update showing yet, it simply means the courier hasn’t scanned or updated the parcel at that stage.

Why does my tracking show limited information?

We have access to the same tracking information you do. Once your order has left us, all delivery updates come from the courier’s system and will appear on your tracking link as they’re made available.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

Once delivery documents have been printed and your order has entered processing, we’re unable to amend or cancel it. This allows us to prepare and dispatch your order quickly and ensure it arrives on time.
